Billing Terms

These billing terms apply to all orders placed at Lutrium (lutrium.com), operated by Native Line Sp. z o.o., ul. Hoża 86/410, 00-682 Warszawa, Poland.

Order total

The price of each item is shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and includes GST. Delivery within Australia is free. Your order total, including any discount applied, is confirmed at checkout before you pay.

Payment

Payment is taken in full when you place your order, using one of the methods listed in our Payment Policy. We don't offer subscriptions or recurring billing — you are only charged for the orders you place.

Order confirmation and invoice

After you order, you'll receive an order confirmation email that serves as your receipt. If you need a tax invoice, email support@lutrium.com with your order number.

Pricing errors

If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds are returned to your original payment method, as described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
