Payment Policy

This page explains how payment works when you shop at Lutrium. Lutrium is operated by Native Line Sp. z o.o., ul. Hoża 86/410, 00-682 Warszawa, Poland.

Accepted payment methods

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, at checkout. The payment options available to you are shown on the checkout page.

Currency and prices

All prices are shown and charged in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices include GST. Shipping within Australia is free, so the total you see at checkout is the total you pay.

Payment security

Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI DSS-compliant checkout using SSL encryption. We never see or store your full card details.

When you are charged

Your payment is taken when you place your order. If we can't fulfil an order for any reason, we'll let you know and refund the full amount to your original payment method.
