Track Your Order
Every Lutrium order ships with tracking. The quickest way to follow yours is our order tracker:
Enter your order number and email address, or the tracking number from your shipping email.
How tracking works
1. Check your shipping email. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. As soon as yours is dispatched, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Delivery takes 7–16 business days from dispatch, depending on where in Australia you are.
2. Check your order status online. Use the order tracker, or open your order confirmation email and click View your order, or log in to your account with the email address you used at checkout.
3. Still can't find it? Email support@lutrium.com with your order number, or call +61 420 128 717, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (Sydney time), and we'll look it up for you.
