Alabaster-Look & Stone-Look Lighting

Stone-look shades give light a soft, organic quality that suits both modern and classic interiors. This collection includes an alabaster-look globe pendant, faux marble and marble-effect linear pendants for kitchen islands, and a compact pendant with a natural stone shade.

Look versus real stone

We label our lights plainly: "alabaster-look", "marble-effect" and "faux marble" mean the shade is made to look like stone rather than cut from it. Where a shade is genuine stone, the product page says so.

Where to use them

Linear pendants are made for kitchen islands and long dining tables; a common guide is to hang them about 75–90cm above the surface. Globe pendants work singly over a small table or in a group over an island. All of these lights are hardwired and must be installed by a licensed electrician.

Stone-look finishes pair well with timber, brass and white walls, and look especially good under warm white light.
