No Electrician Needed (Plug-in & Rechargeable)

Not every light needs an electrician. Everything in this collection plugs in, runs from USB, recharges, uses batteries or charges from the sun, so you can unpack it and switch it on the same day.

Made for renters

In Australia, fixed wiring work must be done by a licensed electrician, and many rentals don't allow new fittings at all. Plug-in and cordless lights get around both: there's nothing to install and nothing to leave behind when you move.

Which type is right?

Plug-in lamps give steady light all evening and suit bedsides and living rooms. Cordless rechargeable lamps can move from the bedside to the dining table or a covered balcony; battery life depends on the model and brightness setting. USB-powered desk lamps run from a USB adaptor or a computer, and solar lanterns charge in daylight for use outdoors after dark.

Each product page states how the light is powered, so you can check before you order.
